BOOKING YOUR HAIR APPOINTMENT ONLINE Any hair service scheduled online valued over $100+ will require a credit card to reserve your appointment. Your card will only be charged if you no-show your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS Confirmation text messages and/or emails are made a minimum of 48 hours in advance as a courtesy to the client to allow them a 48-hour period in which they may cancel or reschedule their appointment. This allows enough time to fill the open appointment time with a client from the waiting list. Cancelling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subjected to pay 50% of the services reserved to reschedule the appointment. No shows will be charged the full dollar amount of the scheduled appointment. These charges must be paid in full before any future appointments are made. If you scheduled an appointment online and a credit card was required, your card will be automatically charged the full price of the services scheduled.
DEPOSITS All deposits go towards the price of the service. Color Corrections and Brazilian Blowouts require a $150 non-refundable deposit. Permanent waves (Perms) require a $75.00 non-refundable deposit. Hair Extensions require a non-refundable deposit that covers the cost of the hair.
CHILDREN & PETS Due to the relaxing nature of our wellness space we are longer taking on new clients under the age of 15. We kindly ask you to arrange child care and come to your appointment alone, please leave your children, dogs, cats, and other small adorable creatures at home.
PRE-BOOKING APPOINTMENTS Clients are strongly encouraged to schedule their appointments in advance. Clients may only schedule appointments 12 weeks out. If you have a special day coming up (weddings or other special events) and it is more than 12 weeks out, please contact Daniel directly to schedule.
TARDINESS A 15-minute grace period is allowed to all clients, however, to ensure that we stay on schedule, any client that is more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment (for whatever reason) will be required to reschedule. If you are running late, please call or text us to let us know. As your service provider, on the rare occasion that we maybe running more than 15 minutes behind schedule, a courtesy call/text will be made as soon as the situation is realized to alert you of any tardiness.
