From 2009 to 2018 I worked for a product company called UNITE. While working with UNITE I had the pleasure to work with some extraordinarily talented hairstylists, one of those individuals was David Fletcher or as most people call him, Fletch. Flecth, like myself, left UNITE a few years ago to pursue other adventures, even though we no longer work together, I still find inspiration from him. 

David Fletcher trained at Tony & Guy in Manchester. He began his career working in the salon of the world-wide luxury cruise liner ‘Freedom of The Seas’, before becoming the Creative Director for UNITE, helping to establish and sell their products into global territories. From there David went on to become a lead stylist in the prestigious ‘Urban Retreat’ hair salon in Harrods, before going on to work on hit TV shows – Strictly Come Dancing + Dancing on Ice.

At the beginning of 2020 Fletch launched his product line, Crystal Earth Holistic Hair.  

Fletch always wanted to create his own product line, but it wasn't until a cycling accident in 2016 that planted the seeds for his dream to come true. After Fletch's accident he spent six months in Ibiza recuperating, meditating, and keeping warm to help heal his arm. It was there that his dream become a reality.
